Theatre-Weekend in Kirkenes

Friday 4th, Saturday the 5th and Sunday 6th of may there will be a theatre weekend in Kirkenes – where theatre students Kirkenes and Tana Kulturskole are gathered together to get to know each other, play performances to each other and solve tasks together – and all in all cultivate their common interest for theatre, og to empower the theatre environment in East-Finnmark. This will be a fun, social theatre-weekend!

Program open for the crowd:

Friday 4th:

17.30: The Theatre café opens.
18.30-20.00: Welcome, and the performance “Stor Ståhei For Ingenting” (Much Ado About Nothing), by Gruppe 4, Kirkenes.
21.00: The Theatre café closes.

Saturday 5th:

10.30: The Theatre café opens, and will be open before and after every performance.
11.00-11.40: The performance “Solapen” (The Sun Monkey) by Tana Kulturskole.
13.00-14.00: The performance “Hyener” (Hyenas) by Tana Kulturskole.
15.00-15.20: Gruppe 1, Kirkenes, shows “Superheltene på nye eventyr”.

All performances and shows is open to the crowd.
There will be sales of a weekend-pass in the door both Friday and Saturday, where your ticket applies for every performance both days.
50,- per person/150,- per family.

On Sunday the theatre students will solve tasks involving theatre together. There they will be divided in groups across age and the groups they are from originally, where it all will end in a scenic showing of their work for each other. In this way, all 60-70 students will be on stage at one point in the weekend.
